Hi, I am Megan

I am a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) and Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT) from New Jersey.  I provide both music therapy services and music lessons throughout the state of New Jersey, in both individual and group settings. I also serve the pediatric population and work as a music therapist at K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. I have experience serving a variety of populations, including individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ID, multiple handicaps, epilepsy, hospice patients, and many more. I completed my 1,200 clinical internship at the Matheny Medical and Educational Center in Peapack, NJ in 2019 and passed the music therapist board certification exam shortly after. I also have additional training in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). I have a special passion for working as a music therapist within the medical setting, especially servicing those with cancer.

I also have experience working as a music teacher with individuals of all ages, abilities, and levels. I play over 10 instruments, including violin, viola, cello, piano, ukulele, and guitar.

It is the greatest gift to help individuals achieve their musical and non-musical goals through both music lessons and music therapy.
